Staying in the duplex suite was blissful! Breakfast in the riverside restaurant was delicious, offering stunning views, and our host Ann was a true delight, making our mornings special.

Dinner reservations were tricky to secure during our stay, sadly missing out on dining options due to high demand.

The room offered a unique layout where the sleeping area had an intriguing open feel, adding a touch of character. Enjoying a soak in the bath while still connected to the rest of the room had its quirky charm.

Lack of privacy in the bathroom presented some awkward moments, especially without a proper curtain. Accessing the apartment became a hassle due to a 30-minute wait outside in the cold, and the initial welcome felt rushed and incomplete, lacking essential details about the stay, like breakfast times and Wi-Fi access.

The initial contact was rushed and incomplete. I had to pry for information about breakfast times and Wi-Fi access. To top it off, I was initially told the Wi-Fi wasn’t working, but after I insisted, they reluctantly provided access. This level of service is simply not what I'd expect for a place like this.

i almost wanted to give this place a good review, but waiting 30 mins outside in the cold was a tad ridiculous. communication was poor, and they really should have offered me a complimentary gesture for such inconvenience. also, the uncurtained bath was hardly the luxurious experience i expected. disappointing, to say the least.
